Terms of Service

1. Who We Are

RegexPro (“the Service”) is a product of Abel Solutions LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA (“Abel Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). RegexPro is a product brand of Abel Solutions LLC and is not a separate legal entity.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RegexPro at regexpro.dev (or any associated domain), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Description of Service

RegexPro is an online regular expression testing and reference tool for developers. The Service is offered under two tiers:

• Free Tier: Core regex testing, match highlighting, a common patterns library, and reference pages. No account required.
• Pro Tier: All Free features plus saved patterns, pattern history, export capabilities, and priority support. Requires an account and a paid subscription.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

4. Pro Subscription & Billing

Pro Tier access is available through the following subscription options:

• Monthly: $6.00 USD per month
• Annual: $49.00 USD per year
• Lifetime: $149.00 USD one-time payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe on behalf of Abel Solutions LLC. By subscribing, you authorize Abel Solutions LLC to charge your payment method on the applicable recurring or one-time basis. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain Pro access until that date.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription payments, partial billing periods, or lifetime purchases except where required by applicable law.

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@regexpro.dev within 30 days of the charge and we will review your case in good faith.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest content from the Service through automated means without our prior written consent.
• Abuse or overload the Service's infrastructure in a manner that degrades service for other users.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the Service for commercial purposes without our authorization.
• Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

You use the Service at your own risk. Regex patterns and results provided by the Service are for reference purposes; you are responsible for validating them in your own environment.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ABEL SOLUTIONS LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $10.00 USD.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Minnesota.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
