How the pattern works
https?:\/\/(?:www\.)?linkedin\.com\/in\/ matches the canonical profile URL prefix (with optional www). ([\w\-]{3,100}) captures the slug — letters, digits, underscores, and hyphens, 3–100 chars. \/? allows an optional trailing slash.
